Tami is a mother of 5 and a grandmother of 5:
I used cloth diapers for my first three children, and then when I could afford disposables that was the thing to do. The cloth
diapers that were available for me were not nearly what they are today. If I had been as environmentally conscious back then
as I am now that the world is seeing what we have done to ourselves, I would have been smarter about my choices and on the
virtual cutting edge of technology with the cloth diaper as it is today. I have enjoyed working on this project with my daughter
and have added some of my own improvements to these wonderful diaper options.
I have over 38 years of sewing experience, and I'm a perfectionist with regard to the quality of product I market.
If it has a flaw, it is remade. I have sewn for my children from shorts and sun dresses up through their prom dresses, wedding
dresses, and even tuxes for my husband and sons. I enjoy sewing for my two grandbabies and was honored to be able to provide
their blessing dresses. I am also an avid quilter. I love to hand quilt, and although it takes many hours to produce this
type of heirloom, it is well worth the wait.
