How do I place an order?	You can check out the "shop" tab to enter our store. You can purchase in-stock items there as well as custom slots (after June 2008). Custom slots require a deposit which will go towards the total price.
Do you offer any discounts for large purchases?	Yes! 6 or more diapers earns 10% off your total order. Additionally US and Canadian orders over $60 receive free shipping. Please contact us regarding larger orders.
How long does will it take to complete my order?	Typically orders take 1-2 weeks to complete, depending on the size of the order and how many others we have. We do ask that you allow up to 3 weeks however to allow for any unforseen circumstances. There is a link on the order form to check approximate current waiting times.
Do the S-hooks ever break?	In the two years we've been using them, I've never had one break, crack or show any other signs of wear. Understand that they are plastic and can melt if they get too hot. However, they are fine in the dryer, even on hot.
Do I need to prewash my items and are there any other special wash instructions?	All fabric is prewashed and does not require any special treatment. However, I do recommend one wash and dry cycle prior to use for best performance. I also recommend flipping the AIOs inside out for fastest drying.
How much is shipping?	Shipping is based on your order total. A listing of shipping costs can be found on the policies page. Priority mail is available upon request and at an additional cost. US and Canada shipping is free on orders over $60.
Do you ship internationally?	Yes we do! Shipping costs to Canada are the same as US shipping. Other countries will need to email us to get a shipping quote. We charge actual shipping for overseas customers.
Are your diapers adequate for a heavy wetter?	For very heavy wetters I recommend getting "heavy-wetter" inserts. While a normal insert may be fine, most people with this issue find the heavy-wetter ones to be better for them. Additionally, light to average wetters may find the heavy wetter inserts to work overnight.
Can I get the diapers with snaps or Aplix instead?	At this time we can offer Aplix closure and hope soon to be offering snap closure as well.
Can I use other inserts?	Yes, many other brands of inserts will work with our diapers. Generally speaking they should be no more than 4-5" wide in the center depending on the size diaper you are getting. Send us an email if you are unsure if your inserts will work.
The diaper looks too small, will it fit?	Because of the trimness of these diapers, they do look much smaller than many others. Please try the diaper on your child. If it truly is too small, let us know and we would be happy to exchange it for a larger size.
